This device is the ultimate in fixturing work pieces It is built on a matrix hole concept 182 10-32 tapped holes on 1/2 centers Matrix tables are used on high end machines like Minitech and Intelitek The plate precision ground cast aluminum plate which is used in mold making, not some unstable junk This system is faster, easier to use and more flexible then t-slots It uses a simple cam system which requires only a 1/4 turn to tighten Since the cams stay in the same hole you can have a work holding system that is very "repeatable" |
